Shirts We have some highly professional & efficient shirt factory and they are used to with Denim ,cotton Poplin ,Chambery ,Viscose, Y/D, AOP ,Over dyed etc.

Bib Pants Bib Pant is one of our regular product. We are producing now Denim, Cotton + linen Fabrics for Kids and Ladies. We can also produce with sheeting & twill.
Dresses Every season were producing Dresses with Viscose, Linen, Tensile, Cotton, denim, dresses of AOP, Y/D with decorative Lace, PU belt, Embroidery, Poplin+ Denim Blend Design etc.
Kids Wear We have capacities with every segment of Kid swear (with certified if needed), All European chemical as well as Physical Test Requirements, Lawanda Norms.
Baby Wear We are experienced for baby

wear since long. Weal ways placed baby fleece, even with teddy fleece. Also we are doing Kangaroo Pocket hoodie with soft shell.
Jackets Out of several jacket factories some of them are highly profession and equipped with all modern technologies .All type of Functional Jackets Like ,milky PU coating ,water resistance ,water vapour transmission, wind stop function etc.
Sweaters our affiliated sweater factories are working for us round they ear with trend & fabrication .Cardigans, Pullovers, Ponchos etc. is our regular production.

Hot Pant/Sexy Shorts Our Hot Pants are mostly made with Denim, Twill, Cotton Poplin, Linen, Viscose etc. Trendy denim wash, over dyed effects, Glitter & Sequence, Print, Embroidery, and Design with Lace/crochet.

Bonded/ Soft-shell Production running with several categories of soft shell or bonded fabric. Sweater yarn Bonded with Coral Fleece, Pongee ponded with Mesh, also with micro.

Product Development
We develop samples as per required designs, colour, styling and fabric requirement from buyer. Our development process always prepares latest trend products, to be chosen as well form various options. Weal so makes the sales man samples or pro-motion samples with minimal marginal prices.
Design Development
Arrange development of proto type patterns & sample as well as approval sample with patterns to ensure the best use of fabric, technical is issues and garment construction for bulk production capabilities.

Costing’s & quote Reviews Strong network of vendors with vertical set up is best for price comparison. We collect prices with detail from each of our vendors and review properly to ensure the price transparent and effective .We assist to improve raw material consumption and production efficiency. We source raw materials at very favourable prices, production and technical expertise, mostly according to the Physical and Chemical test requirement.

Product Analysis Once order is confirmed, first production specimen analyses properly for -Sourcing of best materials with in the price globally and time & action plan -Identify potential manufacturing units for available production capacity and Capabilities for shipment on time.

Co-ordinate Product's Sampling We provide all necessary samples of each order free of cost. Generally we follow sampling as below: Design and Development sample- Fabric Quality and washed out come & other raw material-Fitting approval sample or size set sample- Pre-production sample- Photo sample or shipment approval sample
Time & Action Plan Our practical experience in manufacturing & merchandising combine forces to bring customers a professional, well managed, proactive time &action plan for every order or style. This analyse possible problems to ensure proactive plans for the necessary initiatives. The customer remains well informed about the status of each & every order regular basis.
Quality Control Management Orders are closely monitored from sampling to shipment .We maintain narrow-active approach to ward side notification of problem areas and corrective measures are taken immediately to ensure timely deliveries .We perform Pre Production Check, Trial Production Check, Trial Size Set Check, Trial Sewing Machines Setup, In-line Check and FRI.

Final Random Inspection
Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment Final random inspection is performed according to the International Inspection Standards.
